Add a Map Drive Button To Your Toolbar

If you are having more than one computers at home, and they are networked for sharing data, then you know the benefits of having a network and sharing data. One thing what you might not like is opening the folder and drives everytime you access the folder. Well to make it more easier and simpler, what one can do is that they can add a Map Drive onto the Folder Toolbar. Its real easy to do so. Here’s what you need to do.

  • Open your Folder or My Computer and Right click on the Toolbar and click Customize.
  • In the Customize window, add the Map drive and also Disconnect from those options.
  • Now when you will first time click the Map drive button, it will ask you for the path, just give the path, and its all done.

You now need to click the Map drive button and if it is present on the Network, you would be able to access your data More easily , without any hassels.
