Create a Keyboard Shortcut To Open Any Folder

By VJ | Jun 7, 2007

If you need to open a folder again and again, and you don’t want to take your hands off the Keyboard, then the best way out is to create the keyboard Shortcuts.
How? Just follow these steps.

  • Firstly, Create a shortcut of a folder on the Desktop by Right Clicking on the folder –> Send To –> Desktop.
  • When the shortcut appears on the Desktop, then Right click on folder –> Shortcut tab –> Shortcut Key
  • Shortcut

  • Select the keys you want the folder to opened with.

Now whenever you will press the shortcut keys, you don’t need to take your hands off from the keyboard.
