If you are sending a Power Point Presentation to a friend on a disk, and you are not sure that they have the Power Point software installed or not, then now you don’t need to worry any more. A Software called PPPCD solves your problem. This software makes an auto run disk for your presentation files. Its a fairly simple software to use, without too much of graphics. You need to do everything of your own, but there is a manual provided to understand things better.
Firstly you need to install this software, and you will get a folder on your Desktop. Then, copy your presentation file and paste it in the sub-folder ppp_files, by the name of show. There will be a show file present already, and thus can be replaced. Now, just burn the whole folder into a disk and send it to your friends, colleagues or any body else, you are now free.
Now, when your friend receives the disk, and Power Point is not installed on the computer, then it will ask for installing the Power Point Presentation Viewer. After the Installation, Slide show can be viewed easily, without any hassles. The result is very professional and satisfying.
