If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed or Email alerts. Thanks for visiting!

I was looking for a service where in I could be notified what I have to do today and at what time. Initially I was looking up for a software but I was not able to get an appropriate one. Exploring Google calendar I found that this can be done using Google calendar. I use this service pretty often, and coming to know that this service can provide me what I want, was just too good. Sometimes it can be messy to keep track of all your meetings and agenda of your day, but Google makes sure that they make it simple. Follow these to enable the service.

  1. Log in to your Google Calendar account and go to settings.
  2. In settings go to the Calendars link and click on Notification of My Calendar.
  3. There just choose the way you would like to be notified, through Email or SMS.
  4. You can choose from New invitation, Changed/Cancelled invitation or your full Daily Agenda (only Email).

Google Calendar

You will now receive an Email at 5 am Local time of according to your preferences.
