Creating Online Survey form Using Google Docs

Few days back I read about creating a Online survey form using Google Docs. I came to know of it, but never tried it. I referred to the Google Docs blog on how to create the online form, but no such information was provided.
Well, to create and use online form is easy, and one of the easiest I have every came across for non professional people. To create an Online Survey Form, follow these steps.

1. Go to Google Docs
2. Click on New –> Spreadsheet
3. Click Share –> and save the file
4. Now click “To fill out a form” and then click “Start editing your form“



5. Give your form a Title and a Description. The title will be displayed as the Email title when you invite people, and description will be displayed above the form, or it can also act as a Covering Letter.
6. Now Put in questions you want to, and select the way in which they will be answered; Text, Paragraph Text, Multiple Choice, Checkbox or Choose from a list

The interface is clean and easy to use. It took only 15 minutes to create the whole Form, but yes, I had my questionnaire ready.

Well, I must say that this has been the most useful Google tool after Orkut, Gmail, Adsense, Blogger, Analytics, Picassa, Google Apps, Desktop, Notebook, Calender, Groups, Gtalk that I have used at such a good level. Gosh!! I never knew I use so many Google services . I must thank Google for this.
